We are celebrating 20 years since the greens and fairways were first played on our course.
Located on the Lomada de Tecina, with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide, the tranquility of the place and the varied native vegetation have made us an exclusive enclave for golf lovers.
In the words of our designer, the British architect and writer Donald Steel, "Tecina Golf is unique" having become "the most exciting and challenging project I have ever designed and built" and the particularity of our course is that players must start the first shot at the highest point, to go down during the game to the 18th hole and enjoy amazing views.
Since its inauguration in 2003, Tecina Golf has positioned itself among the 3 best golf courses in the Canary Islands and among the 100 best Golf Resorts in Continental Europe. Our 18 holes overlooking the sea with a total course length of 6,343 metres, a course par of 71, with fairways and greens surrounded by a lush display of Canarian flora, are responsible for this.
Since it was first played in October 2003, Tecina Golf has also been the scene of important national and international tournaments for professionals and amateurs, as well as the training and learning place for many lovers of this sport.
To celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we will organise with great enthusiasm and pleasure, a tournament that will take place on the 7th of October.
