Easter Week on La Gomera, why choose our island?

The Easter holidays are approaching and choosing your destination may be easier than you think. • Pure nature. You’ll discover a green jewel in the centre of the island, Garajonay, declared a World Heritage Site in 1986. Walk along its paths, adapted for all users, for one of the most special experiences during your stay in La Gomera. Garajonay is an absolute gem of nature, one of the last remnants of the thermophilic forests that populated the Mediterranean basin millions of years ago. But not only the center of the island is surrounded by living nature, but also our hotel, which has 70,000 square meters of botanical garden in which you can take relaxing walks while contemplating more than 50 species of plants from all over the world.

Very close to the Hotel Jardín Tecina is Playa de Santiago, a Blue Flag beach where you can enjoy the Atlantic and all it has to offer. Use our Playa-Guagua bus to get to Playa del Medio, a cove between ravines which offers a piece of paradise with crystal-clear waters. There is also Playa de Tapahuga, just five minutes from the hotel by car, if you wish to visit a virgin beach.

• Food. You can taste La Gomera in every one of its dishes. The best of the vegetable garden, the finest pastries and typical products like almogrote and palm honey are typical products that you really must try.
